For all refunds and returns, you will need to submit an image of the shipment package (including the condition or the damage of the merchandise image in detail) along with RMA form (which can be found on the footer section on our website, monobclothing.com. to info@monobclothing.com
Upon RMA and the image submission, our mono b buyer success team will be in contact with you within 1~2 business days to let you know the status of your refund or return.
For all return, Mono B will issue an RA label (please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable and Mono B is not responsible for the shipping charges. Also, RA label link we will be sending expires in 7 days, and request for additional RA label link will occur additional charges) and we will provide you the store credit only for all returns. (Please note that all return items, we do not issue refund). The store credit can not be used until the return merchandise is fully arrived in our return department.
Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Mono B does not guarantee any return or refund for merchandise purchased from a third-party seller, and we might have restrictions depending on the scenarios.
For all refund, it can take up over 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return, and refund issues to card issuers will require an additional 3~10 business days processing time by those institutions.
All return and refund items should be within 14 days of when the order is made (based on your sales order date), and any RMA form received after the grace period will not be processed.
1. MONO B Clothing only issues the full refund for manufacturer defect, otherwise, there will be restocking fee of 15%‐20% of total returned merchandise.
2. MONO B Clothing does not issue refunds, cancellations, or returns on custom order items, custom products that are not stock items, and private labels.
3. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request form must be sent to MONO B Clothing within 14 (fourteen) days after delivery date.
4. The customer is required to send the original merchandise to MONO B Clothing’s warehouse before MONO B Clothing sends out the replacement/exchange, or before a refund is issued, or before any credit is applied to the customer’s account (this credit can be used towards future purchase of MONO B Clothing’s products).
5. All returned products must be in undamaged and sellable condition, with their tags intact.
6. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to MONO B Clothing’s warehouse.
7. MONO B Clothing will be responsible for replacement/exchange shipping costs to the customer, through ground shipping only. If the customer wishes for a faster shipping option, the customer will be responsible for the faster shipping costs.
8. Replacement/exchange shipping costs that are customer’s responsibility must be paid before MONO B Clothing can send the replacement/exchange.
