Any back ordered styles within 1 month period may ship out and get charged as the new styles arrive without any contact from us. To prevent this to happen, please specify under the note for each sales order, or call us for "Hold" status for all pre-orders, so that Pre-order items will not be charged as we receive. We do not hold any stocks due to inability to reach out buyers or the declines, and all back-orders can be on hold up to 48 hours. If you wish to call us before the backorder charges and wish to hold for over 48 hours, additional charges might occur. Please also note that we DO NOT GUARANTEE STOCKABILITY for all pre-orders and we DO NOT HOLD PRE-ORDERS for any buyers unless payment has been made. For *VIP members, we do hold up pre-orders up to 7 days.
